The founder Branislav Chrastina’s entry into the world of ERP was far from conventional. Before founding BCIT, he built his expertise firsthand, working directly with enterprise technology solutions and gaining deep industry knowledge. A computer science background, combined with hands-on experience in business operations, allowed him to see both the technical and managerial sides of IT.

Branislav further expanded his expertise with an MBA in IT Specialization and an MSc in Management Studies, which equipped him with the knowledge to navigate the complex intersection of technology and business. This unique blend of skills became the foundation of BCIT’s success. “When I started BCIT, I was working alone, managing everything from customer contracts to technical implementations,” he recalls. “I had to think ahead—what would customers need in three years? That mindset allowed us to stay ahead of market demands and continuously evolve.”

What started as a one-man venture has evolved into an international team of seasoned professionals, fluent in multiple languages, allowing BCIT to serve businesses across the globe. The company’s team now includes 10 core consultants and an additional 10 industry veterans, with an average of 17 years of experience in Infor LN and CloudSuite Industrial Enterprise—a level of expertise unmatched in the industry.

A defining moment in BCIT’s journey came when it became an Infor Delivery Partner three years ago, specializing in implementing Infor LN and CloudSuite Industrial Enterprise for manufacturing and automotive businesses. This partnership was further strengthened in 2024 when BCIT became an Infor Channel Partner, granting them the ability to resell Infor products in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, and Ukraine.

Infor LN itself is a dominant force in the ERP solutions for manufacturing. Big companies rely on Infor LN for their complex, highly customized production needs. More than 60,000 companies worldwide rely on Infor solutions, highlighting its dominance in mission-critical manufacturing environments. “Many manufacturers require highly specialized ERP solutions that align with their unique business processes,” Branislav explains. “While some companies can adopt standard templates, others have greater complexities that require tailored solutions. That’s where BCIT excels.”

BCIT’s recent success stories include a custom Configure Price Quote (CPQ) solution for a renowned international manufacturer of specialist superalloys in the UK, where they helped optimize pricing and order configurations. In Poland, BCIT developed a specialized invoicing solution on a tight deadline, showcasing the agility and problem-solving ability that set them apart.

One of BCIT’s key differentiators is its ability to bridge the gap between IT and business operations—an issue that plagues many organizations. Too often, tech teams and C-suite executives struggle to communicate, leading to inefficiencies and costly missteps.

One of the key differentiators of BCIT is its ability to break down silos within organizations. Many companies struggle because technical teams and business executives don’t speak the same language, leading to inefficiencies and misaligned strategies. Branislav and his team understand both perspectives, allowing them to implement ERP solutions that truly fit their clients’ business goals.

This unique approach has positioned BCIT as a trusted advisor to some of the most complex ERP projects across Europe, the UK, and beyond.

Beyond expertise and execution, continuous learning is a core value at BCIT. The team conducts weekly learning sessions to stay ahead of technological advancements, ensuring that their knowledge base remains cutting-edge. Branislav shares, “We focus on efficiency, collaboration, and time management, ensuring that our team not only masters technology but also works effectively with clients.”

This investment in knowledge-sharing has been instrumental in BCIT’s long-term success, allowing the company to adapt alongside the industry and provide innovative solutions that keep clients ahead of the competition.

As BCIT enters its next chapter, growth remains a top priority. The company aims to expand its customer base while maintaining its high standards of service.

With ERP markets continuing to expand, BCIT is well-positioned to capitalize on new opportunities, particularly in digital transformation and cloud-based ERP solutions. The company is actively working toward scaling operations while maintaining the customer-centric approach that has been its hallmark for 20 years. The founder confidently concludes, “And we’re just getting started.”
