Every year, PlayStation lets you take a look back at your year of gaming on its platform. Just like in the Xbox wrap-up, you’ll get stats like the number of hours played of the best PS5 games, top-played games, Trophies earned, and more. Stats are available as of December 10 and delivered via email so you can get the full picture of your year. This is a great way to learn your gaming habits before the upcoming PS5 games take over in 2025. Here’s how to get yours today.

To get your own personalized PlayStation wrap-up, simply head to Sony’s wrapup web page and sign in to your PlayStation Network account. This year, all wrap-ups will be sent directly to you via email so all you need to do is make sure you are opted-in to receive PlayStation emails. If you already are, then you can sit back and wait for your personalized breakdown to be sent to you.

When you do get your email, you will see a breakdown of which games you spent the most time playing, how many total hours you played this year, how many total games you played, which was the first game you played in 2024, and more. But perhaps most interesting is your “Gaming Style.” This gives you a label based on what genre of games you played most. Your total Trophies earned, as well as a breakdown of how many of each type, is another highlight.

These stats are always fun to take a look at when the year is wrapping up to reflect on all your gaming accomplishments on PlayStation, and they are fun to share and compare with your friends.

Everything announced at PlayStation State of Play February 2025
Snake holding a gun and knife.

After a strange but ultimately successful 2024, Sony unveiled its plans for 2025 with a State of Play -- or at least, partially. Rather than focusing on big first-party games like Ghost of Yotei and Marvel's Wolverine, the 45 minute showcase almost exclusively focused on upcoming third-party games. We got release dates for Borderlands 4 and Metal Gear Solid Delta, filling us in on what's coming in the second half of 2025. We even got a surprise release in Warriors: Abyss, a new Musou roguelike from Koei Tecmo available today.

There was just a smidge of first-party news. Sony ended strong with a teaser for Saros, a new game from the studio behind Returnal. We also saw Days Gone Remastered, which will give Sony's zombie game a similar treatment to The Last of Us Part 2. Unfortunately, we didn't get any Bloodborne news at this as fans had hoped, but it was still an intriguing showcase. Here's everything that Sony announced at the February 2025 State of Play.
