When we tested the Beats Solo 4 headphones back in May 2024, we were quite taken by the light fit, sleek design, and clear sound quality. Reviewer Simon Cohen said, “They’re the same Beats Solo you know, but with a slew of modern upgrades.” One thing is for sure: whenever these cans go on sale, we’ll be letting you know. Why you should buy the Beats Solo 4

The follow-up to the Beats Solo 3, the Beats Solo 4 are an entry-level pair of cans from the bass-forward brand. Available in a range of colors, the Solo 4 headphones are lightweight and portable, making it easy to wear them for hours on end. We were also glad to learn you’ll be able to use the USB-C port for lossless playback, just as long as the device you’re connecting to supports hi-res playback, too.

As for sound quality, the Beats Solo 4 deliver a nice blend of highs, mids, and lows, which is a slight departure from the company’s traditional low-end leanings. While there’s no ANC or transparency mode to speak of, this bodes well for Solo 4 battery life, which ends up topping out at around 48 hours. That’s absolutely incredible for any pair of Bluetooth headphones.

As far as we know, this Beats Solo 4 deal is only good until midnight on Cyber Monday. After that, the cans could go back to $200 for one pair. And if you’d like a few more options to consider, we suggest taking a look at other Beats headphones Cyber Monday deals.

Beats Studio Pro hit a low price ever during Cyber Week

The Beats Studio Pro are a great set of noise-canceling headphones. I liked them enough that even at their regular price of $350, I gave them a 3.5/5 in my full review. But with a wild Cyber Monday deal that seems to be sticking around for Cyber Week, that drops their price by 42% to just $200, I'm sorely tempted to give them a much higher score.

If you're already a Beats fan, you don't need me to tell you that the Studio Pro look great. The sleek, fully integrated headband gives these cans one of the lowest profiles in the headphone world. It's not just for show -- the Studio Pro offer an excellent balance of comfort and stability. I'm not a big fan of using full-size, over-ear headphones at the gym or while running, but if that's your bag, the Studio Pro are probably the right way to go.

JBL's long-praised lineage may be rooted in its classic loudspeakers, but the California-based audio masters have made nearly equal a name for itself with its portables that are among some of the best Bluetooth speakers money can buy.
