Looking to buy a new iPhone? You’re looking at the right time, as four new iPhones are now available following the September 7 Far Out event. While this event also saw the launch of a new iPad and new Apple Watches, it’s always the iPhones that steal the show — and the iPhone 14 range is a worthy belle of the ball. Sporting an all-new Plus model, the iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Plus, iPhone 14 Pro, and iPhone 14 Pro Max are the new iPhones to buy.

The waiting is finally over, too, as all these iPhones are now available for purchase. The iPhone 14 Plus arrived later than the rest, but it was definitely worth the wait. No matter which iPhone 14 you’re looking to buy, here are the best iPhone 14 deals around so you know which retailer deserves your money.

How to buy from Apple

As usual, we’re starting with Apple. Apple is one of the best places to buy your iPhone, and prices start at $799. Don’t expect to have to pay that, though, since Apple is offering some solid trade-in deals, as usual. Trading in will save you up to $720 on your purchase if you buy unlocked from Apple or up to $800 if you finance with certain carrier deals through Apple’s website.

 from $799, or $33.29/mo for 24 months.

 from $899, or $37.45/mo for 24 months.

 from $999, or $41.62/mo for 24 months.

 from $1,099, or $45.79/mo for 24 months.

AT&T is also offering some strong deals on the new iPhone 14 range, and you can get up to $800 off your new phone with eligible phone trade-ins. That means you can get some of the new iPhones for free or for very little money.

 from $800, or $22.23/mo for 36 months.

 from $900, or $25/mo for 36 months.

 from $1,000, or $27.78/mo for 36 months.

 from $1,100, or $30.56/mo for 36 months.

How to buy from T-Mobile

T-Mobile’s deals are a little more varied than other carriers, offering up to $700 off a second iPhone 14 device when you buy a first and activate new lines for both. Otherwise, you can get up to $800 off your device by switching to or staying on Magenta Max and trading in an eligible device. Not interested in Magenta Max? You can only get up to $400 off then, we’re afraid.

However, T-Mobile, like Apple, is offering 24-month contracts, which the other two carriers are not doing. That may make it worthwhile for some just by itself.

from $800, or $33.34/mo for 24 months.

from $900, or $37.50/mo for 24 months.

from $1,000, or $41.67/mo for 24 months.

from $1,100, or $45.84/mo for 24 months.

How to buy from Verizon

Big Red is a good place to grab your new iPhone, and those who switch to the carrier will get the most love. Trading in can save you up to $800 for the Apple iPhone 14 and 14 Plus or up to $1,000 on the iPhone 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max. If you buy two iPhones, you get $800 off the second one. In both cases, you can also save another $200 when you switch.

The iPhone 17 Pro may not have a redesigned camera after all
A close-up of the cameras on the iPhone 16 Pro.

If you've followed any of the previous iPhone 17 leaks, then you likely read that the camera is supposedly getting a redesign that makes it look more like a Pixel than an iPhone. The phone is still almost a year away, so many rumors are just hearsay with no confirmation at this point. Now, a new leak suggests that while the iPhone 17 Pro will see a change, the camera module will remain triangular.

According to tipster Setsuna Digital on Weibo, the camera won't undergo as drastic a redesign as previously believed. "My sources told me that the back has indeed changed, but the triple-camera layout is still a triangle, not the horizontal strip that is currently circulating online." The majority of leaks so far have been from different companies within the supply chain that manufacture different parts for the iPhone 17 Pro.

Visual Intelligence has made the Camera Control on my iPhone 16 worth using
Using Visual Intelligence on an iPhone 16 Pro showing ChatGPT answer.

One of the big selling points of the iPhone 16 hardware is the Camera Control button. It’s a small physical button on the bottom right of the frame that also has some capacitive capabilities. With the initial launch of iOS 18, a single press launches your camera app of choice, and you can do half presses and sliding gestures to adjust camera settings. It’s a neat idea, but it has some flaws that prevent it from being a great shutter button.

But now we have iOS 18.2, and that brought a lot of new Apple Intelligence features to our phones, especially if you have an iPhone 16. With iOS 18.2, Apple finally added Visual Intelligence, a feature similar to Google Lens, but on iPhone.

A new render teases the iPhone 17 Pro Max’s big redesign, and I’m torn
Leaked render of iPhone 17 Pro Max front glass and rear camera bar module.

With the iPhone 16 line, Apple made some big changes with the base models, while the iPhone 16 Pro versions looked identical to those from the past several years. But Apple appears to be making some very significant changes to the design of the iPhone 17 Pro Max — especially if these mock-up renders from a Russian YouTube channel, Wylsacom, are accurate.

The YouTube video shows that the iPhone 17 Pro Max will look nothing like its predecessors, according to the rumors that this mock-up is based on.
