Christopher Nolan is currently shooting The Odyssey in Europe. Because of the large ensemble cast, seemingly half of Hollywood’s top stars will be involved in the Oscar winner’s follow-up to Oppenheimer.

Matt Damon is set to play Odysseus, the Greek hero who embarks on a treacherous journey home after the Trojan War. The roles of the other actors have not officially been revealed. However, the character list has been leaked to several Greek media outlets.

The cast list includes Tom Holland as Telemachus, Odysseus’ son; Anne Hathaway as Penelope, Odysseus’ wife; Lupita Nyong’o as Clytemnestra, the wife of Agamemnon; Benny Safdie as Agamemnon, commander of the Greek forces during the Trojan War; Charlize Theron as Circe, a witch goddess; and Zendaya as Athena, a goddess and Odysseus’ mentor.

Universal has not confirmed these roles.

Holland was recently spotted on the set of The Odyssey. Holland and Nolan are seen on a boat while they prepare to film a scene.

The rest of the cast includes Robert Pattinson, Jon Bernthal, John Leguizamo, Elliot Page, Himesh Patel, Bill Irwin, Samantha Morton, Jesse Garcia, Will Yun Lee, Rafi Gavron, Shiloh Fernandez, Mia Goth, Corey Hawkins, Nick E. Tarabay, Jimmy Gonzales, Maurie Compte, Michael Vlamis, Iddo Goldberg, Josh Stewart, Cosmo Jarvis, and Ryan Hurst.

Nolan is the writer and director of The Odyssey, based on Homer’s Greek epic poem. The Odyssey is rumored to carry a budget of around $250 million, making it one of the most expensive films of Nolan’s career. Nolan will shoot around the world using brand-new IMAX technology.

Universal will release The Odyssey in theaters on July 17, 2026.

Harvey Specter returns: See when Gabriel Macht arrives on Suits LA
Two men sit at a bar and drink whiskey.

Harvey Specter is back. NBC has released a teaser video and first-look photo of Gabriel Macht's appearance on Suits LA.
The teaser is set in the past, when Ted (Stephen Amell) played amateur baseball in New York. Ted sits at the bar with his brother Eddie (Carson A. Egan) and orders two Guinness. Harvey (Macht), sitting next to Ted, orders the trio some Macallan 25 and introduces himself.
Harvey asks Ted if he wants to play with him or against him. Ted cockily says, "You think I couldn't take you?" It's unknown if this will be a contentious meeting or the start of a friendship. In an earlier episode, Ted revealed he likes Harvey, saying he was the only person cockier than him.
Harvey will first appear in episode 4, titled Batman Returns. The logline reads, "Ted and Erica take on Samantha to save Lester’s movie, but the battle may hurt his murder trial. Rick enlists Stuart’s help when a difficult actor is arrested. In the past, the danger of going against a mob boss sends Ted to an old friend.”

Macht is not the only actor from Suits appearing in the spin-off. Rick Hoffman recently signed on to appear in a future episode of Suits LA as Louis Litt, the financial law attorney who worked alongside Harvey at Pearson Hardman. Hoffman is scheduled for a one-episode appearance. However, Hoffman's Litt could be used in season 2 if the series gets renewed.
Besides Amell, Suits LA stars Josh McDermitt as Stuart Lane, Lex Scott Davis as Erica Rollins, and Bryan Greenberg as Rick Dodsen.
Created by Aaron Korsh, Suits LA airs on Sunday nights at 9 p.m. ET/8 p.m. CT on NBC. Stream the next day on Peacock.

Who will direct the next James Bond? Christopher Nolan, Edward Berger top list
Daniel Craig in Skyfall

James Bond now belongs to Amazon.
On February 20, Amazon MGM Studios acquired creative control of Bond from longtime producers Michael G. Wilson and Barbara Broccoli. Wilson and Broccoli will remain co-owners of the espionage franchise and form a new joint venture to house the James Bond intellectual property rights.
With control over the franchise, expect Amazon to begin searching for the next actor to play Bond. Amazon also must find the right filmmaker to helm Bond 26. Sometimes, the most obvious choice is the right choice, and that's Christopher Nolan.
According to The Wrap, Nolan remains the "top choice and the perfect filmmaker" to tackle the next Bond movie. Nolan has been rumored to the Bond franchise for over a decade. Nolan reportedly wanted to direct a Bond movie after 2020's Tenet. However, Broccoli would not allow Nolan to have final cut, so he pivoted to making Oppenheimer, an invigorating drama that won seven Oscars, including Best Picture and Best Director.

“If Amazon wants to preserve the legacy, they should do everything possible to get Chris Nolan and wait for him as long as needed,” a movie producer told TheWrap.
If Amazon wants Nolan, they will have to wait until the British filmmaker finishes The Odyssey for Universal, which is currently filming and set for a theatrical release on July 17, 2026. Because Amazon must hit a home run with their first Bond movie, Amazon waiting for Nolan to finish The Odyssey before tackling Bond 26 is a safe assumption.
