The 10 best movies on Tubi right now (February 2025)
Timothee Chalamet staring at the camera, hair blowing in the wind in the desert in Dune.

Let's face it: streaming services are getting expensive. While you may still subscribe to many of them since the combined cost remains cheaper than a linear subscription, the rising prices might have led you to pare down the selection a bit. There are some great free streaming services, like Tubi, to augment your offerings. Tubi is a free ad-supported streaming (FAST) service that provides completely free access to content. You'll have to watch ads, however, and the selection of movies is constantly changing.
That's where we come in. Here, we round up the best movies on Tubi right now each month so you can always stay on top of not only what's available but also what's actually worth watching. This month, for example, you'll find some recent and classic blockbusters, including Dune and Dirty Dancing, along with some hidden gems, like Mike Myers' So I Married an Axe Murderer.
Need more recommendations? Then check out the best new movies to stream this week, the best movies on Netflix, the best movies on Hulu, the best movies on Amazon Prime Video, the best movies on Max, and the best movies on Disney+.

The best new shows to stream on Netflix, Hulu, Max (HBO), and more
A man sits at a desk and ponders.

Don't let the Oscars fool you into thinking that this is going to be a boring week for television or streaming series. NBC and Peacock have recently premiered Suits LA, with another episode coming Sunday, while Paramount+ has brought 1923 back for its second season. Meanwhile, Prime Video is making a big swing with its House of David series.
If you're looking for some dark comedy and suspense, HBO and Max's The White Lotus is currently running its season 3 episodes. Action fans also have Reacher to enjoy on Prime Video, while Hulu's A Thousand Blows should turn some heads with its period setting.
You can find the rest of the best new shows to stream below. We update this list every Friday to keep you up to date on the most binge-worthy new additions.
When you're done here, check out the best new movies to stream this week, as well as the best shows on Netflix, the best shows on Hulu, the best new shows on Max, the best shows on Amazon Prime Video, and the best shows on Disney+.

Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, Max, Disney+, Paramount+, Peacock, and Apple TV+ all have one thing in common: They're more expensive than they used to be. We can live with higher rates as long as new shows keep coming, but it's always a good idea to consider signing up for the ad-supported tiers, which are worth it if you can sit through a few commercials.

3 great action movies on Tubi you need to watch in February 2025
The cast of Predator poses with their guns in the jungle.

By now, you should know that Tubi is one of the premier FAST services on the market. Don't let the "free ad-supported streaming" moniker scare you away. There are no hidden fees at sign-up. The only catch is ads play during your feature presentation. Think of it like commercials on cable TV. Honestly, it's a solid trade-off for a good service.
Tubi's lineup continues to improve each month. Some standout titles in February include Dune, Denis Villeneuve's first movie of a two-part adaptation of Frank Herbert's novel; Easy A, Emma Stone's hilarious teen comedy; and Licorice Pizza, Paul Thomas Anderson's sweet coming-of-age tale. This article is catered toward action fans, and our picks below are three stone-cold classics.

The Terminator (1984)

"I'll be back." 40 years later, that phrase from The Terminator still has a stranglehold on pop culture. Those three words were uttered by Arnold Schwarzenegger's titular Terminator, a cyborg assassin sent from 2029 to 1984 to kill Sarah Connor (Linda Hamilton), whose unborn son will one day lead the human resistance against machines.
